Property Walk-Through


Together we tour your property so that you can share with us what is special about your home. We can discuss what could be done prior to listing to really make your property shine. This may involve minor repairs, decluttering, and/or recommendations on how to highlight the unique features of your home. Sometimes sellers have questions about renovations they are considering to improve the value of your home. We can offer advice on that as well.

Staging


Effective home staging can transform a property, create a lasting positive first impression, and help buyers see your home ... as their home! Where appropriate, we provide a complimentary staging consultation.

Floorplans


Our professionally measured floorplans not only ensure accuracy in our listings; they help buyers understand the flow of your home, its particular layout, and see how their possessions will fit into the space.

Professional Photography, Virtual Tours and High Definition Videography


First impressions count and we want yours to be impactful. Our photographers understand angles and lighting and use this to take beautiful pictures and virtual tours that showcase your home. Sometimes professional photography doesn’t completely highlight all the wonderful features of your home. In these situations, we create a video tour, which may include aerial drone images, to enhance the experience.

Property Profile

Buyers want to know as much as possible about a home. We prioritize knowing everything we can about your home so that we can provide buyers the information they want that will make them buy your home. This involves visits to City Hall; researching local schools, services, and bus routes; and talking to you about what you enjoy about your neighbourhood.

The internet has become the tool of choice for buyers to search for a new home. To ensure your home has world class and world-wide exposure we showcase your home on many different media sources, including realtor.ca, mls.ca, rhysandkathleen.ca, bayrealty.com, Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji, and other third party sites as appropriate.

Traditional Print Media


We realize that the press hasn't stopped yet and that some people still prefer to learn about new listings via traditional print media. We advertise in local papers and provide just listed flyers for selected neighbourhoods.

Showings and Open Houses


We are present at all showings. We do this so that we can ensure the buyer is aware of all of the special features of your home and that it is left secure at the end of the viewing. If they have any questions, we are there to answer them. We are great at navigating obstacle courses and experienced at overcoming concerns.

We also hold advertised open houses to ensure the maximum number of people are getting in the door to view your home.
